DANGEROUS GOODS SAFETY ADVISOR

You may be required to comply with the legal obligations established under the UK’s dangerous goods regulations to appoint a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor.
ADR (the Agreement concerning International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) requires all companies who offer dangerous goods for transport to appoint and engage the services of a DGSA. This includes those involved in packing, filling, loading and unloading of dangerous goods.

Is a person qualified to help prevent the risks associated with the carriage of dangerous goods. This includes risks to people, property, and the environment.
